About The Experience

Embarking on a tour of the Burj Khalifa promises an awe-inspiring experience as you explore one of the world’s most iconic landmarks. Here is a description of what you can expect during a typical Burj Khalifa tour: As you enter the Burj Khalifa, you’ll be greeted by a grand lobby adorned with elegant decor and modern architectural features. The lobby serves as the starting point for your journey to the top. Next, you’ll board one of the high-speed elevators that will whisk you to the observation decks. These elevators are among the fastest in the world, ascending at a remarkable speed. During the ascent, the elevator’s glass panels provide glimpses of the surrounding cityscape, building anticipation for the breathtaking views awaiting you. The Burj Khalifa offers multiple observation decks where you can marvel at the magnificent vistas. The main observation deck is located on the 124th and 125th floors. Here, floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide unobstructed views of Dubai’s skyline, the Arabian Gulf, and the vast desert beyond. Informational displays and telescopes are available to enhance your understanding and appreciation of the city’s landmarks.

• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.

• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the park premises
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.
• Important note: At the Top + The Cafe, includes only 1 soft drink or 1 pastry, (Hot beverage is not included)

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 4 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between the ages of 4 to 12 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
