It’s time to fly! Following our staff’s instructions, you get safely tucked into the basket, and the ascend starts. The journey to 4,000 feet in the air is peaceful and exhilarating at the same time. You have to be there to feel it, words won’t do any justice. After enjoying your adventure balloon ride the balloons land somewhere different in the desert every day depending on the wind. After landing, watch the ground crew professionally roll up the balloon envelope. Of course, after the adventure, your appetite works up so a Gourmet Breakfast in a Traditional Bedouin Camp is ready After capturing the sunrise and the scenic views of the Margham Desert in your cameras and your minds forever, upon landing you can engage in the UAE’s oldest traditional sport, ‘Falconry’. Sit a falcon on your forearm and feel like a character from the Arabian Nights tales. We will give you a commemorative certificate of your flight so you can brag in front of your friends! Important Information

• Location Address: Balloon flight operation facility, SkyDive Desert Drop Zone – Dubai
• Please carry a valid ID (Passport/Any Govt. ID) proof along with you. (Without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly)
• Transfers are available from Dubai Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre & Dubai Outlet Mall.
• The waiver form needs to be filled out 24 hours before the flight. Please fill out the waiver form and submit the form online.
• Weight eligibility criteria: Max 119 kg
• The maximum capacity for a Hot Air Balloon is 10-28 pax.
• Ladies more than 3 months pregnant will not be allowed to fly,
• Children less than 5 years of age and anyone more than 85 years of age will not be permitted to fly. (However, the

• Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
• Any person who has a Serious Heart problem / serious knee & back pain/broken leg/arm has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
• Disabilities covering mental health and emotional / Physical disabilities are not allowed
• Also, all passengers will need to sign the declaration that he/she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory)
• Sharing transfer pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Private transportation from remote areas will be charged extra and the same will be informed by our operations team in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• For all Cancellations made 96 hours before the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation is made within 96 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for a Refund your Amount will be returned to your Account within 7 working days

Child Policy

• Children between the ages of 5 to 11 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above the age of 11 years will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
