Important Information

• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
• Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available at extra charges at the venue itself.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.

• Special Note: Yas Waterworld hosts ladies’ night every Friday 1: from 00 pm onwards. Thus, from 1 pm onwards the park is reserved for ladies only.

In case Tours or Tickets are canceled after Booking 100 %, charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years & below will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged 3 to 10 and below 1.3 meters in height will be considered children and charged a child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
