Some of the popular celebrities whose wax models you would find here are the Queen of England, Vin Diesel, Justin Bieber, Balqees, Lewis Hamilton, Virat Kohli, Victoria Beckham, Kylie Jenner, etc. You will also find the models of politicians like Narendra Modi, Xi Jinping, Donald Trump, etc. here. The models at Madame Tussauds have been made using the same techniques that were used by the artist Madame Tussauds some 200 years before. Not only would you be able to see these lifelike figures, but you can also touch, hug, and take pictures with your favorite models at the museum. • Kindly carry a Photo ID with you as it needs to be produced at the entrance.
• Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
• You are required to bring and wear a mask.
• A person aged 3 to 11 years is considered a child and for children under 3 years, no admission fee will be charged.
• Digi pass is included in the tickets where guests can click pictures on the photo stations and download through a link provided (Soft Copies)
• Kids go free Summer offer summer offer is valid for, visit dates between 1st May 2023- 31st August 2023
• Please note that the Admissions Team might request ID for the child to make sure that he/she is below 13 years of age.
• The Kids Go Free tickets will be available upon arrival at Madame Tussauds, Dubai’s Admission counter.

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between the ages of 3 to 11 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above & age 12 years will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
